How did you hear about us?
Belgians are a wonderful breed and we try to place our puppies/adults into homes that they will be with for their
entire lives.  We want to make sure that your new canine family member lives up to all of your expectations.
Just like people, each puppy or adult is an individual.  Please take the time to answer some personal questions
that we have about you and your lifestyle.  This questionnaire will help us to select the most suitable
puppy/adult for you while allowing you to clarify your thoughts about dog ownership.  It also lets you see what
things are important to us in placing our precious puppies/adults into their new homes.  Thank you!
Belgian Experience:
**In reference to our questionnaire, "Belgian"

Training & proper socialization are very important to a puppy/adult's development.  We require that our new owners
enroll and complete basic obedience classes for this reason.  We will only approve "positive reinforcement" training
practices.  We require that all our Belgians be primarily "house" dogs.  We suggest "crate training" as the best way to
keep your Belgian safe and secure when traveling or if left alone at home for short periods of time.  We require that all
companion Belgians be spayed/neutered with written proof given to us according to our purchase contract.
Do you agree to complete the training, living and altering requirements listed above?
Please give us the name, address, phone number
and email address of two references:
We place all of our Belgians with a written contract.  Are you prepared
to read & sign a contract in order to get one of our Belgians?
Your Belgians' Breeder:
What do you expect of your Belgians' breeder?
What questions do you have for us?
Please describe any physical or character attributes
which are of particular importance to you in the
Belgian that you are looking for at this time...
Are you interested in a particular Belgian that we
currently have listed on our "available" page, a current
litter, or a puppy from a future planned litter?
Thank you for taking the time to answer these important questions!  Purchasing a Belgian is a commitment for the
lifetime of the dog.  Your happiness and the happiness, health, safety and well-being of your new Belgian should not be
left to chance.  We put forth every possible effort to see that our Belgians are placed in appropriate homes according
to the needs of both the home and the individual dog!

Welcome to our world of Belgians!
